Starting from S. Pedro de Sintra - Space of Muitaventura – with outdoor GPS, the team does a pedestrian walk till Penedo da Amizade (Rock of Friendship) where participants will make rappel on natural rock of 30 meters and climbing/escalade.
After this challenge, the adventure continues with a mountain bike and a monitor expert that will take teams to the coast of the beautiful beaches of Sintra.
Then, participants can experience the sensation of the sea breeze on their faces during the descent of a slide that will push up the adrenaline.
