RAPPEL IN SINTRA

The Friendship's Rock is a majestic natural formation where the Moorish Castle was built on, and restored by D. Fernando II, in the renaissance, with an outstanding view of the Sintra and Cascais area. With 30m of Rappel, you'll be able to stop and enjoy the view above the Pena Palace, Quinta of Regaleira and an unique panoramic view.

Rappel, is a ropes activity consists in descending with ropes in a vertical obstacle.

This activity is great to develop self confidence; self esteem, and fight fears.
