The trail begins in the oak forest near Cheleiros, it goes about 14km through the gardens of the area and makes a single track until the S. Julião beach. It has a great view of the beach.
The trail is 95% on dirt roads and 5% on tar between the trails.
The whole trail has a total of 28 km.
It is very basic with intensity and technical difficulty, almost all flat.
There is the possibility to enhance the difficulty of the trail.
