Canoeing Descent of the Zêzere River, from the Castelo de Bode Dam to the Constância Village

It's a very popular route, nearly 120km from Lisbon.

After paddeling for 2h30/3h00 with your mates nad the great Outdoors, regain your energies with a great meal.

We make this activity every weekend from May to September

Route: From Castelo de Bode Dam to Constância Village

Meeting Point: River Beach of Constância
Beginning: to agree on
Includes: Civil responsibility and personal accidents Insurance, transport from the end to the beginning of the activity, specialized guides.
Equipment needed: Swim suit, towel, tenis shoes or water shoes or Sandals, sunscreen, water, a hat and a thread to hold you glasses (if you need it)

Groups up to 10 participants: 22,00€

Note: We do not recommend this activity for children under the age of 9.
To the canoeing you can add some other activities such as: rapel (abseiling), zip line, climbing, Paintball, Traditional Games, bow and arrow, Team building Games ' The Legend of the Almourol Castle', Photography Raid and many other activities.

We can also add lunch in a restaurant or 'lunch on the go'
